It’s 3 years now in Celebration since the establishment of Africa’s biggest Online Instrumental Store BEAT234.COM.

Our birth month September means so much to us and we have decided to show our appreciation and love to our visitors and customers. We have a positive and Inspiring message to every Music Producer Out there.

They said you couldn’t do it. They said internet producers’ worth to the industry was insignificant in measure compared to the rest of the music industry. They called us the crazy kids who “leased” beats online and sold themselves short. They said leasing beats was unprofessional and some even said they would never stoop this low to collaborate with independent artists. Some even called the internet producer movement a cancer.
I wholeheartedly disagree. I call it a revolution and clash of the music minds. Like all new disruptive things, most don’t understand it and are quick to demonize its unfamiliar purpose. Those who do understand will be the first to relish in its glory. Which many of you already have.

WE ” BEAT234.COM ” are the result of an oppressive industry that never really embraced technology and collaboration. The same way Hip Hop was created as a voice for disenfranchised artists, online beat selling is built from the same foundation of rebel kids that refuse to be told how and where they can establish their voice.
So today, I am proud to proclaim that YOU did the unthinkable, the unfathomable, the unquestionable and the undeniable. YOU didn’t let anyone form your purpose for you. YOU made the decision to be your own entrepreneur and control the fate of your music career. YOU and thousands of others contributed to the largest grossing month in online beat selling history generating over $1 million dollars for the month of August in the United States of America. We are slowly growing in Africa and music producers are advancing to the Online marketing of Music beats with Us.

For them, this might not seem like a big deal. But for US, those that worked tirelessly to spread the gospel of this beat culture, those directly responsible for millions of songs created and shared around the world, this is a huge milestone. The 1st of many.

With all of this said, I’ve never been so proud to be part of a movement that’s not only in the business of changing the landscape of music but also in the business of changing lives.

Wherever you are in this world reading this, just know the community see’s your hard work. Every hour you put into building your career is not going unnoticed. I applaud you, I am grateful for you and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for all of us. Beat makers & Music producers rise.

One Love,
Ogun Thomas
Managing Director / CEO
